Vietbuild Hanoi 2017 - International exhibition organized November 10 - 14, 2017 at the National Exhibition Construction Center (Hanoi). With main majors in real estate, interior-exterior decoration, architecture, construction and building materials, the exhibition attracted more than 1,500 exhibitors from 22 nations and territories. The outstanding aspect of the exhibition was not only big brand names from many nations, but also the introduced intelligent technologies and modern equipment. The Aardwolf’s equipment displayed at Vietbuild Hanoi 2017 was not only multiple types and models, but also integrated high technology. The customers have many choices, support to alternative labor as well as cost-saving. Therein, the handling equipment for the stone industry has diverse models. There are the Aardwolf Slab Lifters (AL50, AL60), which are the perfect solution for lifting and clamping slabs. They are not only efficient, but also safe for the operators. An intelligent spring-load latch automatically lifts and releases slabs by a one man operation.

The Vacuum Block Lifter 380 kg (AVLB380) uses a powerful battery for lifting granite, marble, and concrete blocks. The integrated pressure switch control system automatically starts the vacuum pump once there’s low pressure, and the lifter also consists of an audio/visual warning system to ensure safety in the operating process. In addition, the Scissor Clamp Lifter ASL125 includes a gravity controlled locking latch that automatically lifts and releases, and clamping jaws are equipped with rubber polyurethane that has long-lasting and high friction for tightly clamping blocks.

Besides the equipment for the stone industry, Aardwolf also displayed other equipment for the glass and metal industries. The Glass Lifter 22 (AGL22) and Glass Lifter 32 (AGL32) are used as a fully automated mechanism in the operating process; it is capable of lifting loads up to 750 kg. Furthermore, this lifter has integrated wheels and guide bars to support the glass that is inserted full depth into the clamping jaws so that it becomes an ideal solution for transporting glass sheets in the factory or on construction sites.

Especially, the Vacuum Glass Lifter MR-250 (AVGLP4-MR-250) has made a good impression for visitors. Compressed air operated, the glass surface is gripped tightly by vacuum pads to make the transporting process simple and safe. The Mechanical Vacuum Lifter AMVL250-4 consists of four vacuum pads with an energy-independent mechanism to lift and transport steel or metal panels. Both of them are equipped with handle bars, beams, and cross members for adjustment, so that it is suitable for different sizes and loading capacity.

Besides that, Aardwolf displayed other equipment, such as the Stone Panel Carriers with Cable (SCC02), Carry Clamp for Sheet Material (SCC03), Stone Kerb Clamp (ASKC200), Hand Vacuum Cup (HCV), Oval Hand Vacuum Cup (OHVC), Portable Air Drill Machine (APADM), Drill Stand (DSA07)… Specially, Aardwolf offered also other auxiliary equipment as forklifts, jib cranes, transport frames…to optimize the works.
